Caroll Dalrymple, age 80, of Acworth, Georgia passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2024. She was born in Portsmouth, Virginia on May 20, 1943, to the late Verco and Essie Watkins. Caroll served the Lord faithfully throughout her life and attended New Beginnings Church. She worked for the Cobb County Board of Education for over thirty years and took great pride in what she did. Caroll enjoyed traveling, especially when she could travel with the church. She was an avid reader and read just about anything. Caroll had an infectious laugh and showed love and compassion to everyone that she met. Most of all Caroll loved her children and grandchildren dearly. Caroll was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She will be missed by all that knew her.
Caroll is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Ray Dalrymple, son; Kim Dalrymple, daughters; Nona Harris (Michael) and Dana Willingham (Justin), nine grandchildren, and three greatgrandchildren.

A visitation for Caroll will be held Thursday, January 11, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, GA 30152. The funeral service will occur Thursday, January 11, 2024, at 12:00 PM. A graveside service will occur Thursday, January 11, 2024, at Providence Cemetery, 2001 Liberty Square Drive, Cartersville, GA 30121.
