Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, Sept. 17,2012 from the Woodstock First Baptist Church in Woodstock, GA. Burial will follow in the Rolling Hills Memory Gardens in Acworth, GA.

5- Grandchildren; Shane Collins, Seth Collins, Mallory and husband (Taylor) Phillips, Caleb Shaw, and Jennifer Wilkins, 1- Great Granddaughter; Emersyn Phillips
The family will receive friends Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012 from 6-9 pm and Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012 from 12-9 pm at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw, GA.
