Charles Wayne Johnson

Charles was a son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather.

Memorial Services will be held on Monday, September 26, 2016 at 12:00 at Way of the Cross Baptist Church in McDonough, Georgia with Pastor Steven Bell officiating. A Wake will follow at the Family Home of Diane & Donna Johnson in Locust Grove, Georgia. Inurnment will follow at a later date at Oakridge Cemetery in Madison, Fl.

In loving memory of my beloved husband, Charles Wayne Johnson, born May 3, 1960 in Miami Beach, Florida to Charles L. and Alma Johnson. Charles Wayne and his first wife, Brigitte Johnson/Minnicker conceived one child, Amanda Susan Johnson, born July 30, 1982. He married Kathy Lea Kimball May 14, 2006 until his death on September 18, 2016.

Charles Wayne is beloved brother of Karen Austin (Frank Austin) and twin sisters Donna and Diane Johnson. Charles Wayne is a loving husband, father, son uncle, grandfather and friend. He has two beautiful grandchildren, Christopher and Allison born to Amanda Susan Johnson and Paul Simons. Charles also had three stepchildren, Adam, Elizabeth and Ricky. Between the three, they gave him nine grandchildren, Amaya, Zach, Aryanna, Mila, Javen, Skyler, Sara, Oliver and Jeffery. Charles Wayne also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephew, their spouses and children, cousins and friends.

Charles Wayne being patriotic served our country in the Army from 1979 – 1985. We thank him for his unselfish service for our fellow Americans.
