Frederic "Fritz" Oscar Cote

He was born June 19, 1950 to Jerrold and Alice Coté in Worcester, MA. On November, 1984 he married Kathy Taylor in Pensacola, FL.

Fritz worked as one of the leading drivers for Brenntag Inc. for twenty two years. He loved his job and the people he worked with. He never met a stranger, and always had a smile on his face- ready to tell a joke or a funny story. Fritz loved to learn, and was a fan of music (especially jazz). He was an avid reader, with a special affection for Science Fiction and Fantasy novels. He enjoyed computers, tech gadgets and games, Sudoku being a favorite. On the weekends he made pancakes with the family and watched sports games on television. He was much loved and will be missed by all who knew him.

Fritz is survived by his wife of thirty years, Kathy; daughter, Stephanie; sons, Christopher and Taylor; sister, Katherine Coté; nephews, Isaac and Solomon Lutze. He is also survived by many loving sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerrold, in 1950, and his mother, Alice, in 1999.

Fritz was a loving husband, father and friend to all.

Memorial services will be held Saturday August 9, 2014 at 2 PM in the chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. The family will receive friends between the hours of 1 until 2 PM Saturday at the funeral home. A reception will follow at a relative’s home.
