Grace lived a life full of warmth, devotion, and Southern charm. She dedicated ten years of her professional life as a loan officer with Security Finance before retiring, earning the respect of colleagues and customers alike through her hard work and genuine care for others.
At her heart, Grace was a true caregiver—always looking out for those she loved, always concerned for the well-being of family, friends, and even strangers. She never met a stranger, welcoming everyone with kindness and an open heart. A proud Southern lady, Grace took great joy in presenting herself with elegance and grace, always looking her best no matter the occasion.
Grace found happiness in life’s simple and beautiful moments. She loved gardening, spending time outdoors, and watching the birds that visited her yard. She adored her grandcats—George, Echo, and Hiesy—and her granddogs—Bentley and Versace—caring for them as if they were her own.
Family was the center of Grace’s world. She cherished celebrating birthdays and holidays, always going above and beyond to make each occasion special. Her love of decorating was unmatched—there were never enough decorations when it came to creating a festive home. She delighted in hosting gatherings, bringing loved ones together with warmth, laughter, and generosity. Simple outings, like going to IHOP with her family, became treasured traditions.
Among her most special memories were the years spent living in Saudi Arabia with her family and the many vacations they enjoyed together—times filled with love, adventure, and togetherness that she held close to her heart.
Grace is survived by her loving daughters, Sonya Clark (Charles) and Cindy Harper; her son, Tony Biasetti; her brother, Billy Harkins; and her cherished grandchildren, Chandler Clark (Kensley), Thor Chumley (Shelby), Christopher Harper, Nicholas Harper, and Sean Harper, Jr. She also leaves behind her beloved grandcats and granddogs, who brought her so much joy.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Rachel Dyer; and her brothers, Duke Harkins and Ralph Harkins.
Grace will be remembered for her boundless love, her generous spirit, and her unwavering devotion to her family. Her legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched with her kindness, her laughter, and her ability to make everyone feel at home. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
