Howard Edward Blalock

Howard Edward Blalock, age 75, of Dacula, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022. Howard was born November 20, 1946 to Estelle Carlile Blalock and Roy Edward Blalock. Howard was a devoted and loving husband to his wife Joyce for 40 plus years. He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, enjoyed fishing, driving a truck and watching wrestling. Howard was very out going and never met a stranger, he was well know in the community. He was in service to his country in the U.S. Army and worked for Cobb County Fire Department for over 30 years, mainly at stations 10 and 19. Howard will be loved and missed by all that knew him.

Howard is survived by his wife, Joyce Blalock; his daughters, Liz Way (Steve), Selena Morefield (David), Tara Healy, son Will Blalock, his son-in-law Robert Healy, his granddaughter Ashley Sivadon (Nate), his grandson Steven Way II (Bethany), granddaughters Sierra Nicholson (Brandon), Molly Way, Callie Healy, Averie Healy, Jaime Healy, Lilly Healy, grandsons Trey Healy, Chase Hollingsworth (Victoria), granddaughter McKenzie Morefield, grandson Bradley Jacob Blalock, Gabriel Blalock, granddaughter Alexis Blalock, grandson Joseph Blalock, and granddaughter Leilahnie, his great granddaughter Finnley Sivadon and great grandson Malin Sivadon.

Howard was preceded in death by his parents Roy Edward and Estelle(Carlile) Blalock; his sisters, Kathleen Brown (Earl) and Jackie Barnes (Ray).

A visitation for Howard will be held Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow the visitation at 2:00 PM. Burial will be at Kennesaw Memorial Park, 1306 Whitlock Ave Nw, Marietta, GA. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation. www.t2t.org
