As a life-long member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church, Mr. Jackson was very involved and dedicated to his faith. He volunteered, delivering Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter meals to the less fortunate and was involved in the Men’s Ministry at his church. In his spare time, Jere enjoyed the outdoors and often went camping.
Jere Jackson Jr. is survived by his mother, Jon Marie Jackson; sons, Jere William Jackson III, Jonathon Jackson; and sister Julie Jackson (Todd) Redmon.
A memorial service to honor the life of Jere will be held on Saturday, June 1st, 2019 at 2PM at St. Andrew United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Men’s Ministry at St. Andrew UMC.
Mr. Jackson’s arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home.
