Jerry was born in Rome, GA on November 7, 1946 a son of Albert Chesley Wells and Evelyn Waddell Wells. He was a 1964 graduate of Cedartown High School. Mr. Wells was a Master Mason and retired from Lockheed-Martin Aircraft Corporation in Marietta. He had also worked for Carl Black GMC in Kennesaw following his retirement from Lockheed.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years and caregiver, Donnie Wells, Kennesaw; daughter, Dena Wells Hughes and husband Paul, Atlanta; granddaughters: Shelby Hughes and Isabella Hughes; twin brother and care giver, Terry Chesley Wells and wife Irene, Cedartown; uncle, Jan Robinson; cousin, Johnny Moore.
Mr. Wells memorial services will be held at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home Saturday , September 19, 2015 at 1 pm and family will receive friends from 12 till 1 pm Saturday.
