He is survived by his loving wife, Ruth Ann Brown, his sister, Patsy Creech; his two sons, Doug and Matt; and his two grandchildren, Mason and Riley. Edward was a devoted family man whose life was grounded in faith, service, and love. A committed Christian, he lived according to his beliefs and generously shared his kindness and wisdom with everyone around him.
Edward proudly served his county as a veteran and was a dedicated Mason, upholding the values of brotherhood, service, and integrity throughout his life. He enjoyed a long and respected career in telecommunications with the Continental Telephone Company, where he was known for his hard work and expertise.
A visitation for Jesse will be held Sunday, July 27, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Kennesaw Methodist Church, 1801 Ben King Rd, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM.
Edward's legacy is one of faith, family, and service. His presence will be deeply missed, and his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to the American Cancer Society or Kennesaw Methodist Church.
