John Fredrick (Fred) O'Hare

Fred was a devoted family man, cherished by all his loved ones. He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Kathy Holcomb O'Hare, and their children: Ashley Murphy (Jerry), Allison O'Hare, son John O'Hare, Jr. (Christie). He was a loving grandfather to Austin, Tanner, Hanna (Andrew), JD, Nathen, Lacie, Olivia, Micah, Malachi, Riley, Maddox, and great grandson Cooper. Also surviving are his sister Pat Howell, brother Steve O'Hare (Janet) along with several nieces and nephews.

In his early years, Fred attended Wills High School, graduating in 1968. He furthered his education at Georgia State University, obtaining a degree in 1972. Fred's professional career included VP of IT at The Athlete's Foot. He was also the Managing Director of IT at The Paradies Shop until his retirement in 2012.

There will be a family and friends gathering on Sunday, December 10, 2023, between the hours of 12pm until 3pm at Logan Farm House, 4756 Logan Road Acworth, GA 30101. A memorial service to honor Fred's life begins at 1pm on the 10th as well.
