Mr. Leonard l. Burns, 45, of Marietta, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2010. Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, December 22, 10:30 a.m. at St. Catherine Catholic Church in Kennesaw. He was predeceased by a Sister – Mary Burns and a Niece – Erin Brady.
Mr. Burns is survived by his Parents – Robert L. & Marcia A. Burns of Kennesaw; Brother – Robert G. Burns of Sarasota, Fl., Sisters – Monica & Husband Jerome Brady of Warner Robins, Lori Michelle of Marietta, and Marcee and Husband Brendan McCarthy of Kennesaw. He is also survived by his Nieces and Nephews – Philip Brady, Robby Vandegriff, Joseph Vandegriff, Kimberly Schager, David Vandegriff, Brendan McCarthy and Amelia McCarthy.
The Family will receive Friends Tuesday, December 21, from 7pm – 8:30pm at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, 875 North Randolph Street, suite 225, Arlington, VA 22203 or to the March of Dimes, www.marchforbabies.org/brendanjr, in memory of Leonard.
