Linda Mae Van Orden (Lin), age 74, of Kennesaw, Georgia passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022. Lin was born October 26, 1947 in Rochester, NY to the late Elmer and Ruth Van Orden. Lin is preceded by her brother Richard Van Orden. Lin is survived by her son Jim Baug (Wendy); her sister Beverly Hauser; and her grandchildren Nathan and Lauryn Fontaine.
Lin graduated from East High School and worked in the mail room at Impco. Lin was a social butterfly who loved to be around people. No one was a stranger to her, everyone was a friend waiting to happen. Lin loved rock music, going to concerts and dancing. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother and friend. Lin will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
A visitation for Lin will be held Sunday, September 25, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152.
