Mary was many things - a devoted mother, a proud grandmother known lovingly as “Nanny,” a cherished sister, a beloved aunt, and a loyal friend. But more than any title, she was a constant. She was the one you could always count on - the one who showed up, who listened, who told you the truth, and who loved you through it all.
There is not a single person who crossed her path who wasn’t touched by her in some meaningful way. She had a gift for making people feel seen, heard, and cared for. Whether it was through a comforting conversation, a shared laugh, or her honest, no-nonsense advice, Mary left a lasting imprint on every life she encountered.
She helped nurture and raise generations of her family, pouring her time, wisdom, and love into each one. Her role as “Nanny” was one she held especially close to her heart, and her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews were among her greatest joys.
Mary was a caretaker in every sense of the word. She found purpose in taking care of others - often putting their needs before her own.
While we grieve her absence deeply, we also rejoice in knowing that she is now at peace, in the presence of her Savior. Her legacy of love, honesty, and unwavering devotion will live on in all of us.
She will be missed beyond words, loved beyond measure, and remembered always.
