Mrs. May retired from Cobb County Juvenile Court System after 23 years as Court Clerk. She will be remembered for the things she enjoyed in life such as painting, reading,knitting, bowling, and playing rummikub. Nancy’s greatest joy was spending time with her family and her cherished grandchildren, watching them play baseball and soccer was her favorite.
Nancy is survived by her loving husband, William E. (Bill) May; a daughter Pam May Blair, husband John Blair of Marietta; a son, Patrick May, wife Brandi of Kennesaw; one sister Patty Johnson of Dayton, Ohio; two grandsons Garrett and Austin; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm Monday, December 8, 2014 at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw with Rev. Jerry May officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery in Kennesaw.
The family of Mrs. May will be receiving friends, Sunday, December 7, 2014 from 6:00pm until 8:00p.m at the funeral home.
