Patrick Donovan Penner

Patrick Donovan Penner, age 32, of Kennesaw, GA passed away on October 5, 2020, as the result of a tragic accident. He was born on June 6, 1988, in Ypsilanti, MI. Mr. Penner’s smile lit up a room. He was a loving man and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He loved his bikes, video games and playing monopoly. He enjoyed his job and working hard. Mr. Penner was a devoted husband, loving father, friend and son.

He is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Nicole Penner; children; Nikayla, Alyssa, Gabby, father, Patrick Tarbet. mother, Heidi and Jim Bodner; mom, Brenda Penner dad, George Penner, in-laws Robert and Violet Hulsey grandmother, Lydia Kearns (Mike) ; siblings,Nick, Jesse, Katie, Kendra, Vickey, Chuck; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

A Memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 11, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Chip officiating. According to his wishes, his body will be cremated. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 3:00 PM until the service time.

The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who will not be able to attend the service in person due to the states Covid-19 restrictions (no more than 50 people inside the funeral home at one time). If attending the visitation or service, the staff of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home highly recommends that a face mask be worn and that social distancing is practiced to help prevent the spreading of any possible illnesses and to help keep visitors, friends and family members of Mr. Penner safe.
