Sandra Denise King, 60, passed away on April 22, 2026. Born on May 14, 1965, Denise will be remembered as a beloved presence whose steady devotion to those she loved was evident in the life she built and the care she gave so freely. Her kind-hearted spirit touched family and friends alike, leaving a lasting imprint of warmth, grace, and love.
Denise was married to Doyle King for 25 years, and she held close the many roles that defined her life—wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Family was the most important thing in her life, and she lived that truth in the way she showed up for others, with constancy, tenderness, and deep pride in the people she loved.
She found joy in traveling, was an avid reader, and felt especially drawn to the ocean and the beach—places that reflected the calm and comfort she so often offered to others. Whether immersed in a good book or looking out over the water, Denise embraced the simple, meaningful moments that made life feel full.
Denise is survived by her husband, Doyle King; her father, Wayne Jacks; her mother, Marelle Jacks; her daughter, Katie Mujcic (Samir); her brothers, Frank Jacks (Amy) and Carey Jacks; her sister, April Whitley (John); and her grandchildren, Alarik Mujcic and Axel Mujcic. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Denise was preceded in death by her birth mother, Juanita Manning Jacks.
Her memory will be held close by all who knew her, and her legacy will live on in the love she gave, the family she cherished, and the quiet strength of her devoted, kind-hearted life.
A Celebration of Life Memorial will be May 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home 2950 Cobb Pkwy N. Kennesaw Ga 30152.
