Sharon was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to Richard Dale and Evelyn Sutherlin and is the elder sister of Linda Beth Woodard and Richard Dale, Jr. & Mercy Sutherlin.
Mrs. Ellis was a personal banker for twenty eight years at Sun Trust Bank in Cobb County. She loved her grandchildren and family. She was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling. Some of her favorite trips were to Ireland with her daughter, Tammy, and many trips with family and friends in the US.
Sharon was loved by everyone who knew her and is grieved by her family:
· Daughter - Tammy Michelle and James Magrath of Acworth, GA
· Three sons – Robert Todd and Alicia Ellis of Cumming, GA; James Anthony & Christy Ellis of Hamilton, MT; Troy Lee & Tatyana Ellis of Cumming, GA
· Fourteen grandchildren – Chelsea, Austin, Madison, Willow, Emma, Giselle, Zoe, Harley, Jack, Jenna, Sophia, Holt, Jordan, and Brock
· Two great grandchildren – Cooper and Joseph James “JJ”
· Sharon is preceded by her loving husband Robert R. Ellis and parents Richard Dale and Evelyn Sutherlin
Family will receive friends from 5 pm till 8 pm Friday, May 14, 2021 at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home at 2950 North Cobb Parkway, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152.
Family will have a Celebration of Life service Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 1 o’clock pm at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Chapel.
