Troy Harper Fullmer

Troy Harper Fullmer, born on October 9, 1988, passed away on March 26, 2026, at the age of 37. He was born in Syracuse, NY, and later attended North Cobb High School, graduating in 2007. Troy went on to further his education by studying finance and marketing at the University of West Georgia, graduating in 2013 with his bachelor’s degree and spending many years employed in the field.

Troy also found great passion in the outdoors. He spent a lot of his time hiking, granting himself the opportunity to see much of Georgia and parts of the world. He enjoyed traveling and was particularly fond of Panama City Beach, Florida. He adored all varieties of music, with electronic dance music being a notable favorite.

Those who knew him never forgot him. His bubbly, free-spirited attitude brought joy to everyone around him. He will always be remembered as friendly, lovable, and the kind of person with whom one could make many cherished memories.

Troy Fullmer is survived by his siblings Drew Fullmer and Corinne West, his Uncle Jeff, his Aunt Debbie, his Uncle Paul, his Aunt Donna, his grandmother Dorothy, several nieces and one nephew. He is preceded in death by his parents Bruce Fullmer and Nancy Piro, as well as his sister Kelly.

A visitation for Troy will take place on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 1pm and will be followed by a Celebration of Life service at 3pm. All services will take place at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home at 2950 Cobb Pkwy NW, Kennesaw, GA 30152.
