So very sorry to learn of Viola ‘s passing.  She was a dear friend and will be missed deeply.

Viola was a dear sweet lady, a friend to many, and a faithful member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church. She was the very definition of a true, strong southern lady and her impact on all the lives she touched will be forever felt. Our deepest condolences to her friends and family at this difficult time.

Throughout her unparalleled career, Viola helped thousands of clients achieve their dreams of homeownership, guiding them with unwavering dedication, professionalism, and heart. Her passion for real estate went far beyond transactions—it was about building lasting relationships, creating opportunities, and making a difference in her clients’ lives.



Viola was more than a trailblazer in real estate. She was a source of inspiration, a mentor, and a friend to many. Her love for her work was matched only by her commitment to serving others, always going above and beyond to ensure each client felt valued and supported.



Her impact extends far beyond business—she touched lives with her kindness, determination, and unshakable belief in the power of dreams. To say she will be missed is an understatement. Viola,  Was a true professional.  She ALWAYS answered her phone and who provide agents the information in a timely manner.  I will miss dealing with her.

For almost two decades, you have been so much more than a friend; you’ve been a mentor, an inspiration, and a cornerstone in my life. Your guidance and encouragement led me to pursue a career in Real Estate, and the knowledge you shared became the foundation of my journey. You had a remarkable ability to bring light to any situation, a pint-sized powerhouse with a heart as big as the world.

Your kindness and unwavering spirit left an indelible mark on everyone you touched. You were the person who never forgot a birthday and always made those around you feel special. Your determination and resilience to achieve your goals in life were unmatched, and I will forever admire the strong-willed woman you were.

Living across the street from each other for 15 years was a blessing, and even when we moved, I joked about the “long-distance relationship” – only for you to laugh and remind me it was just a 5-minute drive. Those moments, filled with laughter and your boundless energy, are memories I will always cherish.

Your absence leaves a void that cannot be filled, but your spirit will live on in all the lives you touched. You will be truly missed by me, Garth, David, and Isaac. Thank you for your friendship, mentorship, and the countless beautiful memories. Rest in peace, Ms. V.

We are very saddened by Granny’s passing. Even though we have only known Granny for a short time, she treated us like family. Granny was very loving to my daughter, Scarlett, and made sure her Easter lunch was special with fun egg games and she matched that same loving spirit during the Thanksgiving dinner.  Granny touched the lives of many and I send my deepest condolences to her family and loved ones.

Viola was a true lady that enjoyed doing for others. She was a leader and was always sharing her love in many ways.  A hard worker and dedicated to Hickory Grove Church and her 
love for her job. Thanks for being a Friend to Wendell and Kathy King.

I knew Viola for over 30 years, what a wonderful Lady, she made you feel special, I met her in September 1995, She was my realtor, she became a great friend. She would take my wife and i to eat on my birthday, anytime I could call on Viola for advice. She was a true Southern Belle. We would talk ever so often just to catch up.
