Wanda was of the Baptist faith and a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church in Acworth. She was a retired Crib Attendant from Lockheed, she spent 32 and a half years at the Marietta Plant. After retiring from Lockheed, Wanda worked as a Funeral Attendant with Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home for 8 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed shopping, yardwork, her flower garden, and of course “Sugar” her yorkie.
Survivors include her son Steve E. and wife Melissa Bottoms; daughter Belinda Pickens; granddaughters Tracey Martin and Jill Martin; great grandchildren Savannah Varner, Austin Varner, Austin Bottoms, Alexis Wallace, and Kaine Wallace; stepson George K. Branton, stepdaughter Peggy P. Birdsall, sisters Melba Norwood, Lee Byrd, and Jewel Stone.
