Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 2 at 1 PM in the chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home.
He was born in Green Island, NY., October 17, 1920 and was a U.S. Navy veteran of WW II having served in the Pacific. Mr. VanBuskirk was a lifelong Elk, Kiwanian and square dancer. He was also Past President of American Society of Heating and Refrigeration Engineers (ASHRE).
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Marion L. VanBuskirk; son, William J. VanBuskirk, Jr. ; daughter, Jane Lee O’Sullivan; grandchildren, Brian and Kristina Van Buskirk and Erin O’Sullivan.
The family will receive friends from Saturday from 12 noon until the service at 1 PM.
