Cecile Larche (Toots) (nee Dufresne)

Ceile was born in Souris Valley (Radville, Sask) in1915. She lived most of her 97 years in different parts of Saskatchewan, with her last 8 years being in Kenora, ON. She passed away suddenly but peacefully, with her family by her side, at the Lake of the Woods District Hospital on Sat. Jan 26, 2013 under the genuine and caring hands of the doctors and nursing staff.

Although a long and fairly well lived life, Cecile has left a void and will be terribly missed by her 3 children Leonard (Hilda), Joseph (Linda), and Denise (Daniel) Grosenick. Her memories will also be held close at heart by her grandchildren Deneen (Wes), Lynette (Kenny), Daniel Jr (Ronni), and Micheal (Bev), along with 9 great grandchildren and a multitude of nieces, nephews and life-long friends.

Cecile was predeceased by 2 brothers and 6 sisters and has one surviving brother, Leo Dufresne who still resides in Radville, Sask.

She will be forever remembered for her love of flowers, gardening, crocheting, sewing incredible barbie doll clothes,playing cards, and wearing her jewellery (or as she always said... her bejoux), and many long wonderful summers at her cottage in Whitewood, Sask.

Funeral Services will be held on Sat, Feb 2nd, 2013 at 1:00pm at St. Louis church in Keewatin.
