Doris and Melvyn met and married in Sioux Narrows building their lives together over the years. They were blessed to become homeowners in 1979 and resided on Fadden Road since that time. Doris worked at many businesses over the years and was best known for her cooking. She enjoyed being out on the lake with family, fishing, harvesting wild rice, blueberry picking, and let’s not forget donating at Bingo periodically, whether it be Radio Bingo or attending the bingo hall in Kenora.
There will be no immediate services for Doris at this time. A family gathering to be planned at a later date.

We also wish to thank Auntie Marg for all her sugar free baking treats and visits to check on mom, Chi Chi for being a caring friend and all her visits to put a smile on mom’s face.
