Francis Christopher Tom

Francis (Mishshobeak) was from the BEAR (Mawkwa) CLAN. He was predeceased by his parents Francis Tom Sr and Christine Tom, his brothers Calvin and Joe Redthunder Boy and sister Mary Jane Tom, nephew Russell and grandparents Louis and Olive Desrosiers and Alex and Emily Tom. Plus numerous aunts and uncles.

Chooch is survived by his cherished daughters Vera, Mallory and Addison Tom. Grandson Zamire, Sisters Maryanne Cascanette (Reg), Karen Desrosiers, Kimberley Tom, Celene Tom and Emily Tom, brother Matthew Baverstock Tom (Chamberlain), nieces Liberty and Ocean, nephews Hazyn, Irya, Turtles run and Mateo and other numerous nieces and nephews too many to list.

He loved his daughters so much he took them fishing (summer and winter) and boating before he got ill. He was so laid back he funded one of his daughter Vera big tattoo. He missed his mother when she passed and always had crazy times with her. Chooch had a great love of classic rock music and You Tube. He had a great sense humour and always joked and teased his daughters. He always had funny stories to tell. Everyone will miss his great smile. He had great friends, Mark Kakeeway, Mark Taylor, Dale, Keith Merrick, Tom Campanlo and the late Jon Cowley. He also loved hunting with his friends. Chooch was also an excellent cook who loved cooking, bbqing and trying new recipes.

A wake will be held on Sunday March16, 2025 1:00pm arrival and a Traditional Ceremony will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 10:00am at the Peshigoneb Community Centre performed by Leslie Copenace.
