

He is survived by his common law wife Kirstin Knight, his children Traice Knight, Skylar White, Silas White, Hannah White, Elaine White and Araya White. His sisters Jolin White and Frieda Chartrand, his nephews and nieces Clinton, James, Tristan, Ethen, Adam, Meghan, Anya, Danielle and Devyn. His dad Russel Vivier and his brother-in-law’s Ken Skead and Devin Chartrand.
He was predeceased by his parents James Neal White and Mary Louise Vivier, his little brother Clinton Dale White and his daughter Jenna Kuntz.
Lyle was born in Kenora, Ontario on July 19, 1976, and moved around all over Canada before finally residing in Regina where his wife is from. Lyle was an avid reader and collector of playing cards. In his younger days, Lyle traveled coast to coast on foot to see the country. He met many people on his travels and got to enjoy life the way he wanted to. He finally met his wife and lived out the rest of his life in Regina where he had his children. He spent his time talking with his sisters Jolin and Frieda about his day or what he was going to be doing.
A wake will be held at the Peshigoneb Building in Whitefish Bay, Ontario on Sunday, January 11, 2026 beginning at 12:00pm with funeral services on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 10:00am with burial to follow in Whitefish Bay First Nation. Maajaa'iwewin will be conducted by Mide'kiwenzie from Kieshgitabaaning and his helpers.
Pallbearers will be Clinton White, James Chase, Kingsley White, Alex Cochrane, Ethan Green and Travis White.
Honorary Pallbearers are Ken Skead, Nathan Boshkaygin, Tristan Cowley and Devin Chartrand.
