It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Robert Jameson on July 23, 2019 with his family by his side at the Pinecrest Nursing Home. Those left to mourn his loss are his loving wife, Bonny Jameson (nee: Kakepetum) of 40 years. His daughter, Roselene. His grandchildren; Briana, Darius, Jerome, and Lakiya. His siblings; Roberta, Roderick, Albert (Theresa), Benjamin, Jean (Ernie) and Nancy Cocks. His late parents; Robert Kelly and Eliza Jamieson (nee: Patoosh). Nephew's Ernest, Andrew (Gloria), Peter, Little John, Terrace, Elijah, Clinton, Ben, Michael, Thunder, Daniel, Darren, Kodiak. Nieces Sheila, Susie and Vicki, Monica, Erica, Ayla, Serena, Kelly, Naomi, Joannie and Anita. Robert was predeceased by his son Bobby and his siblings Fred, Robin, Doris and FloraAnn. He will also be missed by many extended family and friends. Robert was born on October 13, 1959 in Minaki, Ontario. His favorite past times were fishing, picking blue berries and rice. He loved his arts and crafts and never missed a chance to teach someone, something new. He was, and will forever be remembered as the "Jack of all Trades". The family would like to send a special thanks to the Pinecrest Palliative Care, Lake of the Woods District Hospital and Niisaachewan for their care and support through this difficult time. With a special thanks to his nephews Peter Munroe, Tyrece Brittain, Dave Wagamese, Richard Sagutch, Danny Strong, Clyde and Mike Osborne. A wake will commence on Friday, July 26 at 1:00 p.m. A Traditional Service on Monday, July 29, 2019 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow the service at Niiaachewan, (Dalles) FN.
