Rafael Alejo Hernandez

Rafael was born on June 9, 1944 in Michoacán, Mexico to his parents Luis and Josefina. He was a devoted family man that enjoyed gardening and fishing. Rafael was a hard worker that spent years doing field work in agriculture. He passed away on September 10, 2021.

Rafael is survived by his wife, Aurora Diaz Alejo; his son Miguel Alejo (Rosa); his son Rafael Alejo Diaz; his daughter Yolanda Macias (Eugenio); his daughter Angelica Arzate (Jose); his son Jose Luis Alejo (Alondra); his daughter Paulina Alejo; and his son Gerardo Alejo (Lucy); his sister Eva Alejo, his sister Alicia Alejo and his sister Chita Alejo.

Rafael also leaves behind 18 grandchildren.

A funeral service for Rafael will be held Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul de Vincent Catholic Church, 8303 S. 6th Street, San Joaquin, CA 93660. Following the funeral service will be a committal service at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 South Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
