Riley Nelson McVay Jr., age 89, of Tranquility, California passed away on Monday April 20, 2020. Riley was born August 8, 1930 in Mayflower, Arkansas to Ona McElroy McVay and Riley N. McVay.

Riley is survived by; son Rondol Moss; son Tommy McVay; and son Michael McVay; brother Bobby McVay; and several wonderful grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Riley was preceded in death by his wife Cloetta Sue McVay; father Riley N. McVay and mother Ona McElroy McVay; brother Clois McVay; brother Bud McVay; brother J.C. McVay; brother O.D. McVay; sister Inez Cross and sister Bernell Walters.

A Graveside Service for Riley will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 South Cornelia Ave, Fresno, California 93706.
