Gladys Hill

Gladys Louise Hill passed away Monday, April 25, 2011 at Bortz Health Care. She was born April 20, 1923 to William and Helena (Lueck) Hill. She lived her entire life in the Kingsley area, having graduated from Kingsley Area Schools in 1941.

Gladys Life was a full life. She loved to read and making quilts by hand when she was younger. She was a cat lover and also enjoyed gardening and flowers. Gladys lived at the Morgan’s AFC in Kingsley for over 30 years. She just recently had to move to Bortz for medical reasons.

Gladys is survived by a sister Huldah Hill and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Martin, and sister Wilma.

She will be truly missed by family and friends.

A visitation will be held Thursday, April 28, 2011 from 6-8p.m. at the Covell Funeral Home in Kingsley. A funeral will be held Friday, April 29, 2011 at 1 p.m. also at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Kingsley.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Kingsley schools.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Covell Funeral Home in Kingsley.
