In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Joann & Floyd Gunter; her father Andy Phillips; and her two brothers Samuel & Jesse.
Ann is survived by her children, Scott Reynolds and wife Courtney; daughter Kimberly Armstrong and husband Roger; and daughter Jessica Jochem. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Riley, Kieran, Liam, Serenity, Isaiah, and Ezekiel; as well as the Phillips family.
Ann studied at the University of Tennessee and was a volunteer and former head of teen volunteers at the American Red Cross. She loved spending time with each of her six grandchildren and her dog Giranimo. She loved watching Nascar, wrestling, and was a Tennessee Titans fan. She is and will continue to be greatly missed by family and friends
