Barbara Bernice Ball

In addition to her parents, George and Dulcie Vermillion, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Jewel Hartsock and Ilene Vermillion; and her brother, G.C. Clark.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Alfred Ball; her children, Johnny Ball and his wife, Laura; Vicki Hensley and her husband, Dan; Ted Ball and his wife, Marcella; and Robin Bledsoe; her grandchildren, John Ball and his wife, Nikki; Joseph Ball and his wife, Jennifer; Chris Ball and his wife, Ashley; Julie Leslie and her husband, Darris; Autumn Martin; Kim McClain and her husband, T.J.; Eleni Hensley; Heather Moody and Ashley Moody; 14 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Joyce Vermillion.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Thursday evening, January 15, 2015 at East Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of East Lawn Funeral Home with Tim Nelson officiating.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 16, 2015 in the Garden of Peace II of East Lawn Memorial Park.

Serving as pallbearers for Mrs. Ball are her granddaughters, Julie Leslie, Autumn Martin, Kim McClain, Eleni Hensley, Heather Moody and Ashley Moody. Honorary pallbearers are T.J. McClain, Darris Leslie and Kenneth Martin.
