He was born June 13, 1932, to the late Okey and Edna Dew Bryant. Jeff retired from American Electric Power after over 40 years of dedicated service. When his health allowed, Jeff enjoyed hunting, fishing, and painting. Above all, Jeff was a devout Christian and member of Indian Springs Baptist Church since 1969. He will be sorely missed, but his family takes comfort in knowing that he has finished the race and is victorious in Heaven.
In addition to his parents, Jeff was preceded in death by his wife of over 65 years, Margaret Bryant; sons, David and Roger Bryant, daughter, Joyce Ann Bryant Hall; sisters, Ruby and Carol Bryant.
Survivors include his son, Sidney (Donna), Bryant and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jeff is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The family will receive friends Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 3:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. at Indian Springs Baptist Church. A Celebration of Life will follow at the church at 4:00 P.M. with Pastor Tom Schoeneck officiating.
