Douglas Charles “Doug” Godsey, 48, of Blountville, passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born to Terry Lynn Godsey and the late Joyce Ann Elleman Godsey.
In addition to his mother Doug was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Godsey; paternal grandparents, Lesley and Louise Godsey; and uncle, Ted Godsey.
In addition to his father Doug is survived by his son, Daniel Charles Godsey; fiancé, Lorrie Singleton; along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Doug final wish was for cremation and honoring his wish there will be no services held.
