John David Sebesta, 53, of Kingsport passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at his residence in Kingsport. Born on November 20, 1961 in Shreveport, LA, he was the son of David John Sebesta and Harriet Simmons Sebesta. John was an avid food fanatic who had a passion to grill. He loved New Orleans Saints football and the LSU Tigers. He enjoyed playing golf and was a hard worker who left an impression on everyone he met. He was preceded in death by his wife, Diana Lynn Sebesta. He is survived by his children, Joshua Sebesta, Nicole Stapleton and Amanda Greene; his parents, David John and Harriet Simmons Sebesta; sister, Holly (Heather) Sebesta; brother, Lane (Laurie) Sebesta; grandchildren, Dilynna (his bookie poo) Stapleton, Alexis Snow and Chase Snow; and his dog, Harley. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, September 20, 2015 in the Chapel of East Lawn Funeral Home in Kingsport, Tennessee.
