Margaret Ann Payne, age 63, of Kingsport, went home to be with the Lord, on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at the Indian Path Medical Center. Ms. Payne was a Kingsport native and the daughter of the late John H. and Mallie C. Payne. Margaret was a former employee of Tennessee Eastman Company and was of the Baptist faith. A Graveside Service for Ms. Payne will be conducted on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in East Lawn Memorial Park.
