Norma E. Winkle

Norma Ernestine Winkle, age 74, entered into rest July 11, 2013 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Glenn and Oneda Price Francisco. Norma was born in Russell County, Virginia and was a longtime resident of Blountville. Her hobbies included cooking, spending time at the beach, growing flowers and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by a sister, Keywana Ruth and brother, Ernest. Survivors include her husband of 56 years, James Winkle; children, Michael Winkle and wife Tonya, Tim Winkle and wife Rene, Mark Winkle and wife Vicki; grandchildren, Mika Davenport and husband Josh, Andy Winkle, Katie Easler and husband Will, Hope Winkle, Mandy Winkle, Blake Winkle, Heather Winkle, Mickey Winkle; great grandchildren, Tanner Davenport, Emma Easler, Noah Easler; sister, Anna Francisco. Funeral services will be held today, Friday, July 12, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. at East Lawn Funeral Home with Rev. William Charles Easler officiating. Entombment will follow at East Lawn Memorial Park.
