Sandra Kay Ball

Sandra Kay Ball, 61, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2015, at the Greystone Health Care Center. Mrs. Ball was born on July 17, 1953 in Kingsport, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Willard Vaughn, Sr., and Willie Rigsby Vaughn Neeley. She was a very loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and had been employed with Holston Valley Medical Center for twenty-five years. She was an avid University of Tennessee fan and loved flowers. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ball was preceded in death by Irene and Roy Tate who raised her. Survivors include her husband of forty-four years, Steven Lee Ball; one daughter, Jamie Doran and husband Jason; one son, Dustin Ball and wife Megan, all of Kingsport, TN; three granddaughters, Abbey Doran, Olivia Doran and Kylee Ball; one brother, Willard Vaughn, Jr. and wife Linda, of Kingsport, TN. The family will receive friends Monday, July 13, 2015 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at East Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral Services for Mrs. Sandra Kay Ball will be held Monday, July 13, 2015 at 7:00pm in the East Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Wayne Baker officiating. Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 2:00pm in the Garden of Everlasting Life III at East Lawn Memorial Park.
