Seldon V. Johnson, Jr. - known as “Jake” to friends and family, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 14th surrounded by his loved ones in Bristol, TN. Jake was born in Abingdon, Virginia on January 11th, 1973. Jake’s life was dedicated to his work in the medical profession, his love of Kentucky basketball, music, animals, and his family. Particularly his daughter, Skylar.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Myrtle Johnson of Mouth Card Kentucky, and Darrell and Dorothy Powers of Clinch Virginia, and his very special uncles Olen L. Johnson of Freemont Ohio, Jack D. Reece of Big Rock Virginia, James R. Johnson of Winchester Kentucky. He is survived by his daughter Skylar Johnson, parents Seldon Sr. and Margo Johnson, brother Luke (Sara Beth) Johnson, his special friend Tamie Reeves, and will be dearly missed by all of his many friends and coworkers.
