Thomas "Tom" Jackson

After graduation from college the automotive industry always held Tom's interest. He enjoyed meeting and helping his customers. Tom was currently employed at Blue Ridge Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep in Abingdon, VA.

Tom was known for his humor, everything Virginia Tech (Go Hokies) and playing golf with his "bud" Robin Wilson. He accomplished a-hole-in-one during his golfing days of which we were all proud of. His pride and joy were his three children Jeannie, Whitney, and T.J who called him " The Grillfather".

He loved spoiling his four grandchildren who affectionately called him Grumpy.

Tom is survived by his wife Judy, a daughter Jessica, daughter Whitney and son and daughter-in-law. Thomas James (T.J.) and Paula (Ty). Brother in law and wife Jim and Karen Holcomb. Grandchildren include, Kyra, Paige, Aliya Noel, James Thomas and Alexander Cash. Tom was blessed to have many good friends who meant the world to him.

A celebration of life for Thomas will be held Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 6:00 PM at East Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, Tennessee 37664.
