Anna Marie Hope

Anna Marie Hope of Kingsville, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at the age of 96. She was born on July 4, 1915, in New Braunfels, Texas, to Alvin and Freida Jarisch. Anna Marie spent her time making a home for her family. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of thirty-five years, M. B. (Bob) Hope; her parents; and one brother, Marvin Jarisch. Anna Marie leaves behind to cherish her memory two children, Jon Hope of Newport News, Virginia and Cheryl Sue (Graham) Kerr of Beaufort, South Carolina; her sister, Lucille Jarisch of Lumberton, Texas; one sister-in-law, Marie Jarisch; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 3, 2012, at Anna Marie’s home, 423 University Blvd., Kingsville, Texas, 78363. Memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 4, 2012, at Church of the Epiphany with Rev. Christopher Robinson officiating. A private family graveside service will be held at Guadalupe Valley Cemetery, New Braunfels, Texas. Arrangements are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
