Bruce Raymond Anderson

Bruce Raymond Anderson, age 57, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Friday, April 8, 2011 in Kingsville. He was born on November 22, 1953 in San Diego, California to Rufus B. Anderson and Joyce Anne Carroll Anderson. Mr. Anderson was the owner of Anderson Construction, Kingsville. He graduated from Texas A&I University with a major in chemistry and a minor in math. Mr. Anderson was a Master Plumber. In 1971-1972 he won the Texas State Golf Championship while attending Richard King High School, Corpus Christi, Texas.

He is survived by four sons, Wayne Thomas Anderson and wife Araceli, James William Anderson, Allan Arthur Anderson and Brandon Lee Anderson, all of Kingsville; and two brothers, William Arthur Anderson and Wayne Thomas Anderson, both of Corpus Christi.

A memorial service will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2011 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel with Wayne Thomas Anderson, son, officiating.
