Robert Valerio

Robert Valerio, age 63, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2012 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born September 5, 1948 in Kingsville to Rumaldo C. Valerio and Sarafina Garza Valerio. Mr. Valerio was employed for Walter Johnston Motors for many years and later employed by Mundy Corporation for 10 years until his retirement. He was a faithful member of the Knights of Columbus.

Survivors, all of Kingsville, include his wife of 42 years, Yolanda P. Valerio; two daughters, Gloria Canales (Lee) and Cynthia Valerio-Martinez; and three grandchildren, Derek S. Valerio, Katelyn E. Canales and Gianmarco Martinez.

Visitation will take place Thursday, July 12, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 13, 2012 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Luis Bernal officiating. Burial will follow in Kingsville at Chamberlain Cemetery.
