Arthur Bute

October 7, 1940 - March 12, 2013 After a long and courageous battle with health issues, Arthur Nicholas Bute passed quietly at the age of 72 years. The Funeral Service will be held in Bekevar Presbyterian Church, Kipling, SK., on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Shirley Strachan officiating. Interment in the Kipling Cemetery. Arthur Nicholas Bute was born to Rose (nee Kadash) and Aron Bute in Kipling, SK., Arthur's entire life was spent in the Kipling District. Arthur's younger years were spent farming with family on the family land. After a serious farming accident in 1965, Arthur was forced to slow down, but didn't stop farming until the new Millennium, shortly after, Arthur moved into Willowdale Lodge in Kipling and it was there that he called home for his final years. A tremendous thanks to those who cared and helped him along in his stay. An adamant Saskatchewan Roughrider fan, Arthur was a caring man with a heart of gold. He was there for anyone who needed a helping hand. Arthur was always able to manage a smile when times were bad and the twinkle in his eyes when visiting will never be forgotten. Though he was known to be stubborn and strong willed, these were characteristics that carried him through in trying times. Arthur will be missed deeply. Predeceased by his parents, Rose and Aron Bute, brother, Bruce, an infant sister, sister-in-law, Alma Bute, sister and brother-in-law, Elizabeth and Wilfred Bourgon. Arthur is survived by his brother, Charles and his family, Richard (Kathy), Darcy (Nicole), Pamela Nagel, Steven and their families, sister Adeline (Don) Vanin and her family, Dwayne (Paula), Leonard, Tresca (Jason) Reichert, Denny Leonard, Lisa-Dawn (Ryan) Leonard, Amanda (Cameron) Keading, Michael (Amy) Vanin, Jeffrey (Susan) Vanin and their families, Dorothy Fletcher, Laura (John) Peddle, Robert (Wendy) Bourgon and their families, Trevor and Doug Baker and their families, as well as his great and great-great nieces and nephews who Arthur found much pleasure in seeing and laughing with.
