Kipling, Saskatchewan
It is with great sadness that our family announces the sudden accidental passing of both Frank James Bali and Morene Margaret Bali (nee Pusch) of Kipling Saskatchewan (formerly of Langbank) at the Bali homestead north of Langbank on Tuesday Aug 8th, 2017.
Frank was born on March 14, 1941 on the family farm near Langbank, Saskatchewan. Morene Pusch was born on October 5, 1945 in Grenfell, Saskatchewan. They were married on December 13, 1969 and together farmed the family homestead and raised their children.
Always the great outdoorsman Frank instilled a love and respect for nature and an enjoyment of its bounty in his children. He enjoyed the hunting and fishing and especially loved telling the tall tales to go with his adventures. His passion for conservation lives on in his children and grandchildren.
Loved dearly by all who knew her Morene will be missed for her quick laughter and loving nature; she was always ready to lend a hand or chat with a friend over cof-tea. She enjoyed gardening and happily shared and traded her crop. Morene’s true love was her family and her face lit up when children and grandchildren came to visit.
Together, Frank and Morene enjoyed family fishing trips (just one more cast), visits to see their ever growing family, doting on their grandchildren, reminiscing with friends, drives through the countryside, and rodeo weekends.
Frank and Morene are survived by their 5 children and 10 grandchildren Roseanna Bali (Christian Goulart) Cory Bali (Sabrina Goldfinch) children Amanda (Curtis Nutbrown) Austin, Jace and Brady. Keith Bali (Brooke Bali) children Hayden and Rowdy. Jimmy Bali (Brittany Baynham) children Noah and Emma. Ian Bali (Lana Bali) children Ethan and Keelan.
They are also survived by Morene’s siblings Merle, Vern (Elaine) Gladys (Ed), her twin sister Doreen (Louie) and her brother-in-law Frank Graham and Frank’s sister Margaret Bali.
They are predeceased by great-granddaughter MyCara Nutbrown, Morene’s parents Fred and Edna Pusch, sister Viola and Brother in Law Russel, and Frank’s parents Frank and Emma Bali and his brother John.
The funeral service for Frank and Morene will be held in the Old Bekevar Presbyterian Church, south Kipling on Tuesday August 22, 2012 at 2:00 pm with Marlene Tarr officiating. Provisions have been made for audio/visual service and seating in the tent adjacent to the church. Following the interment in Bekevar Cemetery a reception for family and friends will be in the Kipling Recreation Center. If friends so desire contributions may be made in memoriam to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 1738 Quebec Avenue Unit 26, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1V9 or Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK S4P 2R3.
