Harold George Snyder

Harold G Snyder and Irene Neal Snyder, formerly of Pine Grove, PA and Newark, DE, passed away in Kissimmee FL recently where they lived since 1989. Irene passed away Friday August 3 at the age of 87. Harold passed away Thursday August 9 at the age of 91. They were married for 65 years. They are survived by two daughters Karen Costa (Joe) of Mattaposiett, MA and Donna Suro (Roger) of Newark, DE, and two sons Kenneth (Sandy) and David both of Pigeon Forge TN. They had 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Irene was a nurse and care giver her entire life and a loving mother and grandmother. She was a nurse at Emily P Bissell and Cokesbury while in Delaware. She was caring for Harold the last several months with his lingering health problems.

Harold did many things throughout his life including the Civilian Conservation Corp, an Army Staff Sargent in the European theater during WWII, a mechanic for Alton F Neal Masonry and a mechanic and driver for 18 wheelers with Air Products.
