

Karl “Grumpy” Pischinger, 76, of Kissimmee, Fl passed away April 9, 2013. He was born in New York City, NY to the late Frank and Anna Pischinger on August 9, 1936. Karl married his loving wife of 35 years, Dorothy J. Muller, on January 14, 1978 at St. John’s Church in Cornwall, NY. Throughout his lifetime, Karl was a Law Enforcement Officer, the Chief of Police in Fort Montgomery, NY, a mechanic with Colandrea Trucking in Newburgh, NY, and retired as a Diesel Mechanic Supervisor for SOS Oil in Tuxedo Park, NY in August 1998. He was also a member of the National Rifle Association. To his family, Karl’s greatest achievements in life were being a loving husband and father.
Along with his mother and father, Karl was preceded in death by his step-son, Gary Hults.
Karl is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy; children Karl (Anne) Pischinger Jr. of Palm Bay, FL, Debbie (Ed) Dobbertin of Sierra Vista, AZ, Linda (John) Garrido of Frisco, TX, Susan (Bill) O’Connor of Maple Shade, NJ, Frannie (Ron) Johnson of Laurel, DE, and Scott (Helen) Hults Pischinger of Hudson, NY; step-sons Douglas (Merily) Hults of Chatam, NY, Clayton (Cathy) Hults of Newburgh, NY, Robert (Robin) Hults of Pine Bush, NY, and Timothy (Patti) Hults of Dingman’s Ferry, PA; 35 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
