

Marshall is the son of the late Bruce Allen Partin and Francis W. Partin, as well as a brother to the late Martha Partin Tugwell as well as a surviving brother Howard Allen Partin.
Marshall attended Tennessee Tech University and graduated in December of 1982 with a bachelors degree in Animal Science.
Marshall moved to the Bay Lake Area of South Lake County in 1983. He was self employed his entire life as owner and operator of the Diamond Bar Ranch. He raised commercial cattle, grew hay and was involved in Sod. He loved the land he worked.
Marshall was very active in the Florida Cattlemen's Association and very active in supporting Youth 4-H and FFA groups.
Marshalls family owned Klinger Airport in Groveland, Florida He obtained his pilots license and flew his own plane.
Marshall understood the importance family and friends. If you were his friend, he would move heaven and earth to help you. He would challenge you and encourage you to succeed, be a shoulder to cry on and raise you up when you were down. He loved and cared for us and made us better people in his own special way. He is loved and missed by so many.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, October 9, at 10:30 at Osceola Memory Gardens on 1717 Old Boggy Creek Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34744.
