Patsy Jo Spencer

Patsy Jo “Patty” (Holloway) Spencer, 61 of Kissimmee, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loved ones on August 8, 2015. Patty was born at home on September 7, 1953 in Holloway, Ohio, to the late Wilbur Sr. and Georgia (Stoner) Holloway. On April 18, 1970, she married James W. Spencer Jr. in Piedmont, Ohio.

Patty worked as a Group Leader in the molding department at Mercury Marine for 30 years. She enjoyed crafting, slot machines at the casino, collecting Precious Moments with her daughter, hunting, camping, and fishing in her younger years.

Patty was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She leaves behind her Jack Russell pup Sparky. Along with her loving husband of 45 years, she is survived by their two children: Tracie (David) Pagel of Stevens Point, WI; and James Spencer III of Kissimmee, FL. She leaves behind two beloved grandchildren: Lisa Pagel and David Pagel Jr., both of Stevens Point, WI. Siblings: Nancy (Richard) Wagner of Cambridge, OH; Jean DeVault of Myrtle Beach, SC; Richard (Barbara) Holloway of Kissimmee, FL; Anita (Brian) Schaeffer of Holloway, OH; and Ruth (Kenny) Staten of Holloway, OH. Stepdaughter: Carmin Venable of Saint Cloud, FL. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers David Holloway, Wilbur Holloway Jr., James Holloway, sisters Rosina Lancaster, and Janet Ogle.

Services for Patty will take place at Bundy Law Funeral Home (Cambridge, OH), with interment at Center Cemetery (Center, OH).

Arrangements for Patty have been entrusted to the care of Grissom Funeral Home & Crematory.

A Celebration of Life will be established by the family at a later date.
