Ryan Rohal left us Friday, February 11th 2011. He was born March 6, 1988 in Cape Canaveral after a 26 hour labor during which he prepared all the wisecracks he would use during life! After a phase as a cherubic looking baby who liked to slap old ladies who pinched his cheeks, the family moved to Kissimmee in 1993 where he met some of the people that would stay lifelong friends and partners in crime. Yes Brett, we remember the episode where you two tried to pinch the $20 out of the Contribution box! Ryan developed an aptitude for making people laugh, and CRUSHING them in the game Madden. Seriously. There was no winning. Anything sports related was his thing. You knew if you went on Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Ryan would be your sports lifeline... and that he would demand a share of the money on your return! He was always up for a good time and loved movies, and concerts where he'd "accidently" buy cheap seats, and upon arriving, then ask to have them upgraded to the better wheelchair accessible ones! He got upgraded to the best seats in the house under that ruse! But even if it was just a SNL night at home, Ryan still drew people to him like a beacon. Practically any night of the week the Acres Ct house had multiple parking violations due to the amount of friends that liked to hang out. Ry was lucky enough to be surrounded by people he loved that loved him back. Though Ryan won't be able to be with us today due to his heavy competitive dancing schedule (which is what he told us he did at night after we all went to bed), please join us Friday, February 18, 2011, at 6pm for a celebration of his life that will be held at Grissom Funeral Home, 803 Emmett Street, Kissimmee, FL. In lieu of flowers, please put your money where it'll really count and make a donation to The Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy 401 Hackensack Avenue 9th Floor Hackensack, NJ 07601 Toll-free: 800-714-5437 Fax: 201-944-9987 [email protected].
