Billy served in the United States Army and worked as a Rod Buster for his own company K-N-S Rebar Inc. He was an avid fisherman who loved his family very much.
Billy is survived by his Loving wife, Cynthia Pugh Kremer; his Mother Mary Jane Rosselle; Brothers Scooby Kremer of Kissimmee, FL and George Kremer of Mississippi; and many Family and Friends that will miss him dearly.
A Funeral Service will be held at Grissom Funeral Home on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 12:00pm, with interment at Rose Hill Cemetery to follow.
